Welcome to CVFREE. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CVFREE is a free resume builder service that allows users to create, store, and download professional resumes using our templates. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of our service, you must register an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of CVFREE, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not upload malicious code or viruses
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with other users' use of the service

5. Resume Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you input into the resume builder. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content in your resumes.

6. Storage Limits

Free accounts are limited to storing up to 3 resumes. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, and templates of CVFREE are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our templates without explicit permission.

All logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the service are the property of CVFREE or their respective owners.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CVFREE is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the language of the jurisdiction in which CVFREE is established.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVFREE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

15. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by CVFREE of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and any failure of CVFREE to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CVFREE regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and CVFREE.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
